Pancakes with Apple & Cottage Cheese 

INGREDIENTS: 

144 each Aunt Jemima® Pancakes (whole grain) (43582), heated

12 ea. Apples, fresh, cored, thinly sliced

3 lb. (48 oz.) Cottage Cheese, low fat, low sodium

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: 

For each serving, top 3 pancakes with 1/4 c. apple slices and 1 oz. dollop of cottage cheese.
