Monte Cristo French Toast 

INGREDIENTS: 

100 each Aunt Jemima® French Toast whole grain (#43583) 

3 lb. + 9 oz. ham, sliced thin

2.5 lb. turkey, sliced thin

50 slices reduced-fat swiss cheese (1/2 oz. slices)

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: 

Lightly coat 3 – 18" x 26" sheet pans with cooking spray.

Lay 20 slices of French toast on each sheet pan, 4 across and 5 down.

Assemble sandwiches by layering ham, turkey, and cheese. Top with 1 slice French toast on each sandwich.

Bake until lightly browned: Conventional oven: 350˚F for 15-20 minutes. Convection oven: 315˚F for 15-20 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. CCP: Hold for hot service at 135˚F or higher.
