Peanut Butter & Jelly Waffles 

INGREDIENTS: 

100 each Aunt Jemima® Jumbo Square Waffles (#43573)

1 qt. + 3 c. peanut butter or reduced fat peanut butter

.2 gal. jelly, grape (1tsp./sandwich)

 

 

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: 

Line 3–18" x 26" pans with parchment paper.

Lay 20 waffles on each sheet pan, 4 across and 5 down.

Spread peanut butter, then jelly on bottom waffle. Top with another waffle.

Bake: Conventional oven: 400˚F for 5-8 minutes. Convection oven: 350˚F for 5-8 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE. CCP: Heat to 135˚F.
